Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of the transition of manual to electronic
medical records on the performance of health workers at the Gracia Clinic so as to provide
accurate and relevant information regarding the effectiveness of the transition of the Medical
Records system at the Gracia Clinic. This study can assist the Gracia Clinic in improving the
performance of health workers through the use of an effective electronic medical record
system, and can also assist researchers in increasing knowledge and abilities in analyzing the
impact of the transition of manual to electronic medical records on the performance of health
workers, this study used the Questionnaire method to health workers at the Gracia Ungaran
Clinic.
